In the blender, add:
- about 3/4 cup of a combo of water and half n half (or milk if you have)
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- generous tablespoon of matcha powder
- too much finely grated ginger
- grated zest of a lime
- 2 large ripe mangos, peeled and cubed
- generous spoonful of honey fresh from the hive
Blend.
It looks like an avocado smoothie. Thick and light green.
Juna's feedback was that it tasted "yummy and medicinal." probably cuz of the too much ginger.
Alana was glad it was not too sweet.
